Uniroyal Marine Exports Ltd has informed BSE that the Company's Auditing of books of Accounts is in progress and the Audited results for the year ended on March 31, 2013 can be published as earliest. Therefore, the Company is not publishing the Un-audited Results for the fourth quarter of the financial year 2012-13.
