VKS Projects Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 07, 2013, inter alia, to consider and approve the following:
- Allotment of 45,00,00,000 Equity Shares by way of Bonus issue to the shareholders as on May 06, 2013 (Record date) in the ratio of 5:2 (i.e. 5 new Equity Shares will be issued for every 2 Equity Share held).
