Lakshmi Overseas Industries Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 03, 2013, inter alia, has taken the following decisions:
1. Board declared an interim dividend of Rs. 0.30 per share (on the face value of Rs. 2/- per share) for the financial year 2012-13. Board will review the declaration of Interim/final dividend In subsequent quarter(s).
2. The Company is making reach to FMCG distribution channels within India, Middle-east and Globally, with its new corporate office in Bandra Kurla Complex (BKC), Mumbai.
