SKS Logistics Ltd has informed BSE that pursuant to members special resolution passed by Postal Ballot dated May 30, 2013 and subsequent accord thereto by the Central Government under Section 21 of the Companies Act, 1956 ('the Act') read with order dated December 06, 2013 issued u/s 23 (1) of the Act, the name of Company has been changed from SKS Logistics Limited to SHAHI SHIPPING LIMITED with effect from December 06, 2013.
