With reference to the earlier announcement dated January 07, 2014 regarding Closure of Trading Window, Kansai Nerolac Paints Ltd has now clarified to BSE that "Trading Window" of the Company will remain closed from January 17, 2014 to January 31, 2014 in view of the Board Meeting to be held on January 31, 2014 to consider the unaudited financial results for the quarter ended December 31, 2013 only for the Directors/ Officers/ designated employees of the Company as per SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 1992. This is however not applicable for the general investors and the trading will be open for them.
