Byke Hospitality Ltd has informed BSE that as per the provisions of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading Regulations), 1992, the Trading Window for the purpose of trading in the shares of the Company will remain closed from February 05, 2014 to February 14, 2014 (both days inclusive), in view of the consideration of the Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter ended December 31, 2013. The trading window shall open for trading from February 15, 2014.
