Kesar Terminals & Infrastructure Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on February 12, 2014, inter alia, has declared an Interim Dividend of 15% i.e. Rs. 1.50/- per Equity Share of Rs. 10/- each on 52,53,113 Equity Shares of the Company, for the year 2013-14.
The interim dividend shall be paid / dispatched to all the eligible shareholders on February 28, 2014.
