Precision Wires India Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on February 12, 2014, inter alia, to consider and approve, the Unaudited Financial Results (Provisional) of the Company for the Third quarter and Nine months ended December 31, 2013 and also to consider recommendation / declaration of 2nd Interim Dividend for the Financial Year 2013-2014.
