Sun TV Network Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on February 07, 2014, inter alia, have declared an interim dividend of Rs. 2.50 per share (50%). This is in addition to the interim dividend of Rs. 2.25 per share (45%) and Rs. 2.50 per share (50%) declared at the Board meetings held on August 02, 2013 and November 08, 2013 respectively.
