Union Bank of India has informed BSE that pursuant to Clause 53 of the Listing Agreement, the Bank has entered into an agreement with M/s. Lintas Media Group for a period of two years from November 01, 2013 to October 31, 2015 for the purpose of developing, planning and implementing media strategy for the Bank.
